Lunchbox is Hiring * Controller

Job Functions • Provide financial support to client service and production teams and monitor budgets on a project basis • Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure • Assist with forecast and perform annual budget preparation • Assist in the creation of job budgets and client staffing plans • Manage and review client SOW’s • Assume role of primary financial contact for client business and Lunchbox team members • Provide financial information to C-level management and clients as required • Generate and manage billing and provide to client on an ongoing monthly basis • Review and approve Senior Accountant’s work of journal entries and month end reconciliations • Secure client P.O. or necessary work/payment authorizations and ensure adherence to contract billing policies and workflow procedures; monitor accounts receivable status and follow-up on aged balances with client • Provide job cost analysis on an ongoing monthly basis • Manage revenue and cost recognition on a monthly basis • Lead and participate in financial meetings • Manage Client A/R • Provide summaries of monthly billing and reconciliations; support management with financial analysis and reporting as required • Review general ledger and make adjusting entries for accuracy • Manage and train Senior Accountant • Ensure proper SOX compliant procedures are executed • Assist with Financial Statements • Coordinate the provision of information to external and internal auditors

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance • 8-10 years related experience • Accounting and/or Financial analysis experience • Advanced level Excel skills • Strong analytical skills • Superior communication and interpersonal skills • Advertising experience highly preferred • SOX experience highly preferred
